in the Montgomery County area, Gregg Moon’s name must be included.
A Conroe native and graduate of Conroe High School, Gregg and his
family have been in the business of satisfying discriminating clients
for generations. Custom Pools by Gregg Moon is the
premier pool builder in the Montgomery and Harris County area.
Gregg was born in Conroe. His grandfather
owned the first ready-mix concrete business in Montgomery County.
You could say that Gregg has concrete in his bloodline. Gregg’s
grandfather and father taught him that satisfying customers is the
key to running a successful business. Gregg’s dad was a real
estate business owner and custom home builder. The Moon family has
deep roots in Montgomery County. Other pool businesses can’t
say that. Gregg has years of pool building experience and hundreds
of pools in Montgomery and surrounding counties. After working for
two other pool companies from 1983 to 1985; at 29 years of age Gregg
started his swimming pool business in January of 1986. He borrowed
money and opened the first spa showroom on Lake Conroe selling portable
and in-ground spas, chemicals, and of course building custom swimming
pools. Word spread slowly but surely, and with hard work, long hours
and total dedication, Gregg built a successful business which today
is the second oldest pool company in Montgomery County.
Gregg’s integrity is a proven
entity. His exquisite designs are like no other. His imagination coupled
with the family history of being in the construction business renders

all innovations brought to the Montgomery County area by Gregg.
